Fringe in the ‘Stings 2023 will kick off in November, bringing the community around the visual and performing arts in Heretaunga. Moving onto our seventh year, Fringe in the ‘Stings has become a growing cultural and social enterprise.
We pride ourselves on sourcing local and out-of-town talent to showcase to our public. We are a boldly diverse, strollable and accessible festival. We’re about incubating talent by providing space for artists to participate, learn and grow; many of our artists eventually move on from Fringe to other festivals and platforms.
Keeping the festival accessible and affordable for whānau and artists to participate is important to who we are.
In order to do this we need your support. Sponsoring the festival through our sponsorship tiers is one way to get involved, and in return we provide you a package of goodies. If this isn’t for you we welcome and appreciate your in-kind support such as wine, beer, food, or any other contribution. We’re always looking to build partnerships to advance the arts and boost community well-being.
